If you encounter an “INVALID MATRIC” error while trying to register/login into the new student portal, please click on this link https://support.nou.edu.ng/create to create a ticket.
Enter your Matric, phone, and select the appropriate category (Unable to login to the new portal) and subcategory (Invalid matric number).
