- Copies of your original educational qualifications which include Statements of Results/Certificates).
- Original Birth Certification as well as Age Declaration.
- Awaiting results are NOT accepted.
- A Later from your Village Head or member of your community or a civil servant not below Grade Level 10 or equivalent in the private sector attesting of your good conduct.
