Cancellation includes scores on all tests you take on one day, unless your equipment malfunctions. Once we receive your request, your scores cannot be reinstated. You may cancel your score up until 11:59 p.m. ET on the Thursday after you took the exam

Test Center Complaints

If you have a complaint about the test center or testing conditions, send us a letter explaining your complaint by 11:59 p.m. ET on the fourth weekday after the test administration. Your scores could be delayed while your complaint is investigated.

If you see it or hear about it, report it. You can confidentially report suspected cheating on the SAT by contacting the Office of Testing Integrity.

Report the problem to the coordinator before you leave the test center, then write to us, including the test section, the test question (as well as you can remember it), and an explanation of your concern. Phone support for educators is extended on PSAT/NMSQT administration dates. On Wednesday PSAT/NMSQT dates, support is available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. On the Saturday PSAT/NMSQT date, support is available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
