MCCARTHY STUDY CENTRE EXAM CLEARANCE SCHEDULE

This is to notify all students that 2021_2 exam clearance/portal verification exercise will commence on Tuesday 12th October 2021 to end on Friday, 5th November, 2021 on the following order.

12th to 15th Oct. 2021 Management Science & Agric 9:00 to 3:00pm.

18th to 22nd Oct. 2021 Science & Education 9:00am to 3:00pm.

25th to 28th Oct. 2021 Art & Social Science 9:00am to 3:00pm.

1st to 5th Nov. 2021 Law & Health Sciences 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Venue : Bursary Unit on the 6th floor.
Students are expected to present the following for the exercise.
1. Complete proof of payment.
2. Current exam registration slip.
3. Complete e-wallet payment statement (printed) showing payment, expenditure and final balance.
4. Current passport photograph and ID card.

NOTE : Ensure that all negative balance on your portal are cleared and note that they won’t be any extension after the stated end date.
