National Open University, NOUN Clarification Regarding Recent Announcement and Memo

Recently, there has been some misunderstanding regarding our previous announcement regarding the temporary halt on RRR crediting for the NOUN portal.

First and foremost, we would like to reiterate that our intention with the announcement was to inform students about the ongoing maintenance at the back end of the NOUN website, which was affecting the responsiveness of the credit RRR page. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this may have caused for many students.

It has come to our attention that a memo has been circulated claiming our announcement was false and accusing us of defrauding and being fraudulent. We want to assure you that this is not the case. Our aim has always been to provide accurate and timely information to assist students in navigating any challenges they may encounter.

We firmly stand by our announcement and the information provided. The fact remains that students were experiencing difficulties in funding their portal after the remita RRR payment during the period. This issue was genuine and affected many students.

We urge the management to prioritize resolving any technical issues with the NOUN website to ensure seamless functionality, including the ability for students to fund their portal without any hindrances.

As always, we remain committed to serving the NOUN student community with integrity and transparency. We apologize for any confusion caused and thank you for your continued trust and support.

And also, we are here to announce that we are in no way affiliated to NOUN but an independent body that sees a need to help the NOUN Students at large.
Best Regards,
