All Tma3 has been undo on Portal due to technical challenges. At the moment the Management is seriously working on it and would be rectify as soon as possible. It’s a general problem and even if you try to submit it wouldn’t go.
From a reliable source, you’re not to re-submit your Tma as this is a technical issue which is already working on. It will soon be back to normality.
